Find an insurance agent

Information about how you can contact each of the five insurance agents.

There are five insurance agents that manage workers insurance policies prior to March 2017 on our behalf.

From March 2017, new policies will be purchased direct from icare.

Policy renewals will continue to be managed by existing insurance agents until further notice

icare and partner insurance agents all use the same formula to calculate premiums, so you should be quoted the same basic premium rate regardless of where you purchase your policy.

It is important to note, that different insurance agents may be able to provide different levels of services based on:

  • their experience in claims management
  • their strategies for improving return to work and general work health and safety (WHS).

Insurance agents do not:

  • offer workers compensation premium reductions (including bundled services)
  • offer new workers insurance policies. These are available direct from icare
  • remunerate brokers for new or renewed policies.
